Foreign ministers from Jordan, Egypt, Iraq and the Gulf met in Amman to revive a long-stalled cooperation track on cross-border electricity grids and shared water infrastructure.
The talks centred on completing the Jordan-Iraq interconnector and on financing options for desalination capacity along the Red Sea coast.
Officials emphasised that the framework would remain technical and not be linked to broader regional political files.
